"Pamahiin" is a 2006 Filipino horror film directed by Rahyan Carlos, the title translates into "superstition" in English. The film plays on the superstitious beliefs Filipinos have about death. The movie starred acclaimed TV and film actor Dennis Trillo and became a box office success in the Philippines where the horror genre has become increasingly popular.
