Regional governments of Belgium

Regional governments of Belgium

Regional Governments of Belgium (the "Vlaamse Overheid" for Flanders, the "Gouvernement de Wallonie" for Wallonie and the "Brussel-Capital Region" for Brussels) work at a lower level to the Federal Government of Belgium. They were designed to counter the rising discontent in Belgium at the end of 1945 at the misrepresentation of the various linguistic, cultural and political divides which characterises the Kingdom of Belgium.
