One of the factors favoring the continued detention, prepared by analysts, for Yusef Abdullah Saleh Al Rabiesh's Administrative Review Board, states: [http://www.dod.mil/pubs/foi/detainees/csrt/ARB_Factors_Set_2_1046-1160.pdf#84 Factors for and against the continued detention (.pdf)] of Yusef Abdullah Saleh Al Rabiesh "Administrative Review Board" - page 84] :"The detainee received Kalashnikov, PK, and grenade training at a Taliban training camp in Talukan "sic", Afghanistan."

This allegation is notable because almost all the other allegations that Guantanamo captives attended training camps state that they attended al Qaida training camps. Further, Al Rabiesh, as a Saudi, was very unlikely to have understood Pashtun.
