Pink's first single, it was released in 1998 by Activ Records in the United Kingdom and by Color Records in the Netherlands (see 1998 in music). No music video was released. The single reached number 196 on the UK Singles Chart in February 1999, remaining on the top 200 for one week; [UK charts compiled by The Official UK Charts Company and published by "Music Week" and Charts Plus; see [http://www.zobbel.de/cluk/CLUK_P1.HTM zobbel.de] .] Pink didn't achieve mainstream commercial success until the release of her next single, "There You Go" (2000).
