"Pat Riley Basketball" is an video game which was released for the Sega Genesis and the Sega Master System, and for the Mega Drive in Japan and Europe under the title "Super Real Basketball". It was released in 1990 in the United States. Pat Riley was the coach of Los Angeles Lakers at the time of the game's release. There are two modes and eight different teams to choose from. The game was included free when also purchasing a Sega Genesis unit, or was US$19.99 without the system.

Gameplay

There are eight teams to choose from:
*LA Hoops
*Detroit Jets
*Dallas Wings
*Denver Jammers
*Seattle Bears
*Boston Bashers
*Houston Rebels
*New York Busters

Like regulation basketball, there are four quarters, but the player can set the length of the quarters (five, twelve, or twenty minutes per quarter). The game supports two players. Its modes are exhibition and tournament.
