Tokyo gubernatorial election, 2007

Tokyo held a gubernatorial election on April 8 2007. There were fourteen candidates [http://news.yahoo.com/s/afp/20070406/od_afp/japanvoteoffbeat_070406183249] , among them the incumbent governor Shintaro Ishihara. All candidates ran as independents but some were supported by various parties.
