Pachuca (municipality)

Pachuca de Soto is one of the Municipalities of Hidalgo. Its seat is the city Pachuca. The current municipal president is Omar Fayad of the Institutional Revolutionary Party.

According to the 2000 census Pachuca de Soto had 245,208 inhabitants as of that year of which 47.7% were men ( [http://www.pachuca.gob.mx/nuestromunicipio/?menu=nuestrom&subm=poblacion] ).
