Omar Fayad Meneses, born 26 August 1962,[1] is a Mexican politician of Lebanese origin. He is the leader of the Institutional Revolutionary Party in the state of Hidalgo,[2] and is currently serving as municipal president of Pachuca in Hidalgo.[1]
Fayad was elected for the LVIII Legislature of the Federal Congress for the term 2000-2003 and as municipal president for the 2006-2009 term.
He is married to actress Victoria Ruffo with whom he has three children, one of them his stepson.
