Alna railway station is a stop within Oslo, Norway on the old Hovedbanen railway line which runs between Oslo S and Lillestrøm. It is the second stop from Oslo S, between Bryn and Nyland, in the Grorud Valley, 6.87 km from Oslo S. On the east side of the station is the Alnabru train yard.

Even though Hovedbanen is the oldest in Norway, the station was first opened in 1971. The station is unmanned. Jernbaneverket have desired improved access to the station, on there are plans for connecting the railway station to the subway station Vollebekk by means of a pedestrian and bicycle path. These plans have been incorporated into Oslo's transport plan "Oslopakke 2" and construction will begin in 2009. The station has a single island platform and is unmanned. It is served by local slow trains (line 400) running between Asker and Lillestrøm.
