Johor Land Berhad currently has a prime land bank of over convert|3000|acre|km2 in Johor. One of its key achievements is the development of Pasir Gudang township. Incorporated in 1972, the company is an integrated property development group with activities in property development, construction and property investment and management.To date, the company has successfully develop Pasir Gudang township and several residential and commercial projects in Ulu Tiram, Senai, Tampoi, Bandar Dato' Onn and Johor Bahru. It has delivered over 23,000 residential and 1,000 commercial units in collaboration with Johor Corporation. In recognition of its ability to deliver quality and affordable housing, Johor Land was awarded the "Excellent Performance Award" by the Ministry of Public Enterprises in 1993.

A member of the Johor Corporation group of companies, Johor Land posted a revenue of RM35.22 million in the first quarterof this year compared with RM19.37 million in the same period last year. Accordingly, profit before tax increased to RM13.37 million compared with RM4.62 million for the same period last year.
