The station is located behind the Glen Rock Municipal Complex on Rock Road, with pedestrian access to the station available on Maple Avenue. Parking at Glen Rock Boro Hall is by permit only; others can park at the nearby Bank of America (parking meters are also available). The station is one of four stations with raised platforms on the Bergen Line.
