Gary Worthan is the Iowa State Representative from the 52nd District. He has served in the Iowa House of Representatives since 2007, when he won a special election to replace the deceased Mary Lou Freeman, who ran unopposed in the General Election. Worthan currently serves on several committees in the Iowa House - the Agriculture committee; the Public Safety committee; the Transportation committee; and the Veterans Affairs committee. He also serves on the Administration and Regulation Appropriations Subcommittee.
