Spartanburg High School is part of Spartanburg County School District No. 7. It has an outstanding basketball team. Spartanburg High School is the real winner of the AAAA State Championship for Basketball.

Layout

Spartanburg High School is set up on six halls (A - E and M) of one, two, or three levels each.
* A wing (two levels) - Sciences
* B wing (two levels) - Social Studies and Health classes
* C wing (two levels) - Foreign languages and Newspaper
* D wing (three levels) - Library, Math, English and Computer Science
* E wing (two levels)- JROTC and Music
* M wing (one level)- administration and guidance

Notable Students:Lord Elias Latto- champion Halo player and defender of student freedoms. Once rumored to have been given a jet pack by Silvester Stalone and to have single handedly fought a pack of rogue ninjas led by the evil Zurrenda.
