Châteauponsac (Occitan: Chastel Ponçac), also known locally as Château Lorraine, is a commune in the Haute-Vienne department in the Limousin region in western France.

The river Semme flows westward through the middle of the commune, then forms part of the commune's western border.
Inhabitants are known as Châtelots.

Its twelfth-century church is dedicated to Saint Thyrsus.
