Pepper LaBeija

Pepper LaBeija (5 November 1948May 14 2003) was an American transvestite performer and designer featured in the 1990 documentary "Paris Is Burning". Malcolm Mclaren quote him in his famous 1989 song and music video "Deep in Vogue", a tribute to the New-York gay balls of the eighties, sort of runway competitions that involvolved dance, fashion and attitude.
