The population was 4,740 in the 2006 Census, an increase of 282 from 2001.[1]
Education
Manaia View School is a coeducational full primary (years 1-8) school with a decile rating of 1 and a roll of 289.[2] The school was formed in 2002 with the merger of Raumanga Primary and Middle Schools.[3]
