1739 A.D. (1152 A.H. ), Garhori was born inRanipur , Khayrpur, Sindh (now inPakistan ). Shaikh Fakir Abdul Raheem Garhori was the caliph of Sultan-ul-Auliya Khuwaja Mohammad Zamman Lanwari Sharif. He was a great commander who fought against theSikhs in those areas and defeated them everywhere. He was considered aShaheed at age 40 in 1192A.H. The father ofAbdul Raheem Garhori was dead before this occurrence but his mother remained alive till hisShahdat .Garhori Sahab had five marriages and had four daughters and one son who died when he was five years old. InGarhor there is ashrine devoted to Abdul Raheem Garhori .
