Dosti Acres is a large residential complex constructed by the Dosti Group of Mumbai, housing more than 1200 families. It is located at New Wadala, Mumbai, which is the name given to that area in Wadala, which is predominantly residential.
There are a number of buildings in Dosti Acres, and many are still under construction. The main building at the entrance is the Dosti Daisy building, which along with Dosti Lotus and Dosti Tulip form a society DDLT (Dosti-Daisy-Lotus-Tulip). The other buildings in the complex which are less familiar to the outsiders are Dosti Clover, Dosti Erica, Dosti Olive, Dosti Carnation, Dosti Florentine, Dosti Orchid, Dosti Lily, Dosti Iris and Dosti Daffodil.
The complex has a club house with many amenities which include a swimming Pool, Jacuzzi, sauna, Pool, Snooker, Table Tennis, squash, gymnasium and a room for carrom and chess. There is a Padium garden situated at a one-storey height. It has a skating rink, along with Jogging Track, Reflexology pathway. There are also other facilities like Box Cricket, Basketball and tennis.
