Perunnai is a town near Changanassery in Kerala, India. Tiruvalla is 8km and Kottayam is 21km away from Perunnai.

Nair service society (NSS) is headquartered at Perunnai. The town also has the famous NSS Hindu College, Medical Mission hospital and Mannam library.

Perunnai Subrahmaniyam Temple is one of well known Hindu Temples in Kerala state.The Temple has history relating to the famous Temple Entry Proclamation by the maharajah of Travencore.

The famous Ayurveda hospital group, Sree Sankara Community for Ayurveda Consciousness Limited and the Amba Ayurvaidyasala are situated at Perunnai.
