Margus Hernits (born November 2, 1976 in Tallinn, Estonia) is an Estonian figure skater. He is a multiple Estonian national champion. He competed in the 1998 Winter Olympics and the 2002 Winter Olympics, and was placed 20th and 27th respectively. He currently works as a Technical Specialist.
