The district is subdivided into 9 subdistricts ("
tambon "), which are further subdivided into 131 villages ("muban "). There are two townships ("thesaban tambon ") - Si Phana covers parts of "tambon" Seka, and Tha Sa-at covers parts of the same-named "tambon". There are further 9 Tambon administrative organizations (TAO).
