Katra (Dhaka)

Katra or Katara means Caravanserai or Karwan Sarai in Arabic and Persian. Two magnificent Katras were built during the Mughal rule in Dhaka, Bangladesh. One is called the Bara Katra meaning the great Katra, while the other is called Choto Katra meaning the small Katra.
