Ubisoft Reflections Ltd. [ [http://www.ubi.com/UK/Games/Info.aspx?pId=5278 Ubisoft - Driver 76 ] ] , formerly known as Reflections Interactive or Reflections, is a video game developer based in Newcastle, UK.

Reflections became well known for their 1989 hit Amiga game, "Shadow of the Beast", published by Psygnosis. Their Amiga games were often criticised, along with other Psygnosis titles, for being graphically excellent while lacking in gameplay.

More recently, Reflections won acclaim for their popular "Driver" series of video games.

Reflections Interactive was bought by GT Interactive in 1998. [ [http://www.atnewyork.com/news/article.php/249211 Gt Interactive Hires Disney Honcho, Raises Cash ] ] When GT Interactive was bought in 1999, Reflections Interactive became a division of Infogrames, Inc., (IESA's subsidiary) and after 2003 a division of Atari, Inc.

In August 2006, Atari announced that it had transferred all of the staff and most of the assets of Reflections Interactive Limited, including the intellectual property and technology rights to the "Driver" series, to Ubisoft for $24m.
