"Griffin v. County School Board of Prince Edward County", 377 U.S. 218 (1964), was a case decided by the United States Supreme Court, in which it ruled that the County School Board's decision to close the local school and give white students vouchers to attend schools outside of the county was unconstitutional under the equal protection clause.
