Biography

Parks Bonifay was born in Winter Haven, FL USA on September 30, 1981. Bonifay is Considered one of world's greatest wakeboard freeriders.

His present Hometown is Lake Alfred, FL. He became a Pro Wakeboarder in 1994. Parks took the wakeboarding world by storm as a 14-year-old, winning the X Games in his first visit. He has held many major titles including the PWT titles in 1999 and 2001. When his dad put him on skis at a young age, he became according to Guinness book of world records the youngest water skier in the world.

Parks became the first documented wakeboarder to land the 1080 (a switch toeside 1080), doing so at a Bill Doster photoshoot in 1999. Rusty Malinoski, Danny Harf, and Aaron Rathy have recently landed multiple variations of the 1080 (2006-07-08)
