Sergei Pareiko (born January 31, 1977 in Tallinn) is an Estonian football goalkeeper, who currently plays for FC Tom Tomsk in the Russian Premier League.In Estonia, Pareiko played for Tallinna Sadam and Levadia Maardu (now Levadia Tallinn), before moving to Russia in 2001, when he signed with Rotor Volgograd. After Rotor's relegation Pareiko moved to Tom Tomsk.

Sergei Pareiko is a member of the Estonia national football team, but has only played a total of five games for the team. Having turned down several international call-ups and then even officially announcing his international retirement, Pareiko later overturned his decision, but has been ignored by the Estonian FA. His international status remained unclear up until October 2007, when he accepted an international call-up for the Euro 2008 qualifier against England.
