Gaspergou

Gaspergou

Gaspergou (also spelled Gaspergoo) are a species of freshwater drumfish native to Louisiana and the United States, commonly used in Cajun cooking. They are whitefish, and therefore a prized for eating. Commercial raising is minimal.
