services=Ticket Vending MachineThe Homewood Amtrak station is a train station in Homewood, Illinois, United States served by Amtrak, the national railroad passenger system. The station also serves the Metra Electric commuter line, and is the location of the Homewood Railroad Park Museum.

Homewood Station was originally built by the Illinois Central Railroad in 1923 to serve their City of New Orleans and Seminole Limited(now Illini) lines. Three years later, the IC Electric commuter line was served by the station. In 1971, Amtrak acquired the Illini from IC, and a year later acquired the City of New Orleans. Metra acquired the IC Electric in 1987. In 2003 the Homewood Rail Heritage Committee approved the installation of a train watching platform for railfans similar to that of the Rochelle Railroad Park in Rochelle, Illinois. As with many suburban Metra stations, bus connections are provided by Pace Transit Systems.
