22 Marsh Wall, also known as The Landmark, is a pair of residential skyscrapers currently under construction in Docklands, London.

Designed by architects Squire and Partners, the taller tower will be 140 m (459 ft) with 44 storeys and its shorter neighbour will be 98 m (322 ft) with 30 storeys. The towers will be located on the south-western edge of the Canary Wharf estate, close to the River Thames and a short walk from the planned 280,000 sq m (3 million sq. feet) office development, Riverside South. Construction is scheduled to be completed by 2008.

As of March 2007, more than a third of the 276 luxury apartments have been sold. Restaurants, cafes and shops will occupy the ground and 1st floors, within a glass-covered piazza. A 24 hour concierge and resident's gymnasium are among the development's many other features.
