Niksar Ayvaz Water is a natural spring water. The spring is located in the town of Ayvaz, which is near Niksar in Turkey. Ayvaz water is the second water of the world in terms of quality and it has made the Ayvaz village a mineral spa resort.Fact|date=March 2008

Production

Ayvaz Water has been produced and marketed in glass bottles for over 30 years. PET bottles were introduced in 1984 due to hygiene requirements made by the municipality. The water has 6,7 PH and 0,5 hardness degree. Being a 5th magnitude spring (1,4 Lt/s), demand is currently higher than supply.
