Baron Robartes

Baron Robartes

Baron Robartes is a title that has been created twice.

It was first created in the Peerage of England on 26 January 1625 for Sir Richard Robartes, who had previously on 3 July 1621 been granted the Baronetcy of Robartes of Truro. The second Baron was created Earl of Radnor in 1679 (see this title for more information on the peerage).

The second creation came in the Peerage of the United Kingdom on 13 December 1869 for Thomas Agar-Robartes; the second Baron succeeded as Viscount Clifden in 1899 (see this title for more information on the peerage)
