Patricia Regan Pine (born February 24, 1972 as Patricia Regan Leines), aka Tricia Pine is a former beauty queen from Medford, Oregon who works as a weather anchor and opera singer.

Leines won the Miss Oregon 1996 title as Miss Tri-Valley. Leines is a 1990 graduate of North Medford High School and she went on to study at Southern Oregon State College, the San Francisco Conservatory of Music, and at a languages institute in Austria as a Rotary Cultural Ambassadorial Scholar. She graduated from California's University of Redlands in 1995 with a Bachelor of Music degree in vocal performance.
