Gaelic football er for County Meath in Ireland. He enjoyed much success play inter-county football in the eighty's & early ninety's on the Meath team's managed bySean Boylan . He made his Championship debut in 1984 against Westmeath. For Meath he usually played Corner Back. He played club football for St Colmcille's club inLaytown . During his playing career he has won 2 Senior All Ireland medals (1987 & 1988) as well as 5 Leinster medals, 3 National League Medals and a Centenary Cup Medal (A competition played to celebrate the one hundred anniversary of the GAA). He has won 3 All-Star awards. In 1988 he was chosen as theTexaco Footballer of the Year .External links
