William Kingston Flesher (June 10 1825 – 1907) was an Ontario businessman and political figure. He represented Grey East in the Canadian House of Commons as a Conservative member from 1872 to 1878.

He was born in Kingston-upon-Hull, England in 1825 and came to Canada West in 1847. He was captain in the local militia. He served as reeve of Artemesia Township for 16 years and also served several terms as warden for Grey County. Flesher ran unsuccessfully for the seat in Grey South in the 1867 federal election.
