The Blend is a mixed music channel on XM Satellite Radio. The channel was added on February 2, 2004 in response to demands by customers which desired a Mix music radio channel.

XM describes the channel as "A Perfect Blend" although since it leans towards Adult Contemporary and Pop, the station plays no urban music. The music is targeted for the middle aged group, especially for those who are age 20 or older and the station plays music from such artists as Rod Stewart, Billy Joel, Whitney Houston, John Mellencamp, John Mayer, Hall and Oates, Madonna, Mariah Carey and many others. The channel broadcasts In the United States and Canada.

The channel is one of the most popular choices for XM For Your Business, being used in retail stores, doctor's offices, and restaurants all over.
