"Candlestick Is Flattened," Greenville (MS) "Delta Democrat-Times", Friday March 4, 1966.] After passing through Jackson, leaving F5 damage in its wake, the storm (probably a very intense tornado family) left a nearly continual damage path over convert|200|mi|km|0 long across seven Mississippi and three Alabama counties, causing 58 fatalities and 518 injuries before dissipating northeast of Tuscaloosa.
