VeriChip Corporation, a wholly owned subsidiary of Applied Digital (Nasdaq: ADSX), markets a line of Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) Devices (including VeriChip) used in security, financial, emergency identification, and other applications.

Recent acquisitions by VeriChip Corporation include eXI Wireless and Instantel, including its HealthCare Security Division Xmark.

Corporate offices are located in Delray Beach, Florida.
