Timothy ("Tim") Paul Neesham (born October 20, 1979 in Fremantle) is an Australian water polo player. Neesham was part of Australia's Olympic squad for the 2000 Summer Olympics in Sydney and for the 2004 Summer Olympics in Athens. He was also a member of the Australian squad that finished 10th at the 2001 World Championships in Fukuoka and placed second at the 2002 Commonwealth Games in Machester.

Neesham is a graduate of Aquinas College, Perth.
