EEmap is a Chinese on-line map resource that combines Google Maps with a wiki system, allowing users to share information (in the form of a note) to any location on the globe. About 8,000 users from around the world are currently registered,Registration need invitation

The project was launched on Aug 25 2006 and is aiming towards "Chinese brightened Earth".

The site also provides syndicated data (via RSS). One can download the entire contents of the database in a variety of formats.
