CCCEPA

The Cobb County Center for Excellence in the Performing Arts is a magnet program at Pebblebrook High School in Mableton, GA. The program is open to any student in Cobb County who is selected from auditions and meets the academic eligibility requirements. Every student is enrolled as a vocal, dance, drama, or technical theatre major. Students can also minor in other areas or take on a second or even third major. Students study in their major each day for two hours. Students are required to remain in the program every semester of their high school careers. Students are actively involved in extracurricular performances and are given the opportunity to work with professionals from around the United States.

Graduates of CCCEPA are currently attending major colleges, universities, and conservatories throughout the United States including: Belmont University, Carnegie Mellon University, Columbus State University, Converse College, Elon College, Emerson College, The Florida State University, Indiana University, The Juilliard School, New York University, North Carolina School of the Arts, Oberlin Conservatory, Point Park College, Shenandoah Conservatory, Berry College, Shorter College, Southern Methodist University, The University of Arizona, The University of the Arts, University of Cincinnati College-Conservatory of Music, The University of Georgia, The University of Michigan, The University of South Carolina, The University of Southern California, and Wright State University.
