London Buses route 95 is a Transport for London contracted bus route in London, United Kingdom. The service is currently contracted to First London.

History

Route 95 was introduced to replace the Shepherd's Bush to Greenford roundabout section of route 105 in order for the route to be converted from double-deck to midibus on Mondays to Saturdays. Then the Sunday service was introduced to fully replace the Shepherd's Bush to Greenford section of route 105.

Ever since the route was introduced, it has had operational problems. First the route was on a contract to Centrewest operating from the Alperton Garage using midibuses and Metrobuses in the evenings, the route was then transferred to MTL London operating from the North Acton Base. The garage closed and the route was then transferred to Harlesden. Metroline took over MTL the allocation was transferred to the New Perivale garage using Dennis Dart 10.2m/Plaxton Pointer.

Route 95 has now, moved back into Alperton with a contract to First London using Volvo B7TL 10m/Wright Eclipse Gemini (VNW's) and Dennis Dart SLF 10.2m/Marshall Capital (DML's).

In July 2007, the allocation was moved to the Greenford garage and converted to single-deck.
