Cinnzeo (pronounced sin-zee-oh) is a chain of cafes based out of Calgary, Alberta that specialize in serving "The Best Tasting Cinnamon Rolls on Earth". The cinnamon rolls are prepared on site from scratch, with no preservatives or additives. Also served are a full line of specialty coffees and other beverages. CinnZeo has locations in 20 countries including Canada, U.S., Chile, throughout the Middle East, S.E. Asia, the United Kingdom and Mexico.

The restaurant's parent company is Cinnaroll Bakeries Limited.
