Pervomayskoye ( _ru. Первомайское; _fi. Kivennapa) is a settlement in Vyborgsky District of Leningrad Oblast, Russia, on the Karelian Isthmus. Population: 4,496 (2002 Census). Pervomayskoye was part of Finland before 1944
