Rygge sivile lufthavn AS is a Norwegian company that owns and operates Moss Airport, Rygge that opened in October 2007. The company was created in 1999 and received permission in 2004 to build a private civil airport at Rygge Air Station. The company is owned by Thon Group (40%), Orkla Group (40%), Østfold county administration (5%) and Østfold Energi (15%).
