The Catch (British band)

The Catch (British band)

: "For other uses: see The Catch (disambiguation)."

The Catch is a one time band, formed in 1976 by Annie Lennox, Dave Stewart, and Peet Coombes.

They released one single, 1977's "Borderline/Black Blood" on Logo Records. This single is now seen as a collector's item, due to the somewhat pure punk nature of the single. The single was only released in the UK, Holland, Spain and Portugal. The Catch soon transmuted into The Tourists, who in 1980, became the Eurythmics.
