Battle of Albert

The Battle of Albert is the name of three battles fought near the town of Albert in the Somme "département" of northern France during the First World War.

*Battle of Albert (1914) (25–29 September, 1914) - encounter battle during the Race to the Sea.
*Battle of Albert (1916) (1–13 July, 1916) - opening phase of the Battle of the Somme.
*Battle of Albert (1918) (21–23 August, 1918) - opening phase of the Second Battle of the Somme (1918).
