Beijing North Railway Station (zh-tsp|t=北京北站|s=北京北站|p=běijīng běizhàn), formerly known as Xizhimen Railway Station, is a railway station in Beijing, China. It was built in 1905 as one of the original stations on the Jingzhang Railway, now part of old Beijing-Baotou Line. It is a small station (Tier-III) managed by the Beijing Railway Bureau that provides regular intercity train service to the north and northwest, including the Hailar-Baotou "Grasslands Express". It is also the southern terminus for the S2 Line of the Beijing Suburban Railway.
Public Transportation
The station is located just outside of Xizhimen and accessible by Lines 2 and Line 13of the Beijing Subway as well as numerous city bus lines.
