Lake High School is a public high school in Millbury, Ohio. It is the only high school in the Lake Local School District, serving about 500 students in grades 9 to 12.
Athletics
Their nickname is the Flyers. In 2007, their football team went 0-10 under new head coach Robert Abbey. He hopes that, in the future, he will turn the program around. They are members of the Suburban Lakes League.
In 2008, the Flyers start off their season with a win on the road against the Swanton Bulldogs. Nike Mikels had 26 carries for 343 yards. The following week, they played their home opener against the Northwood Rangers. With a 69 yard Nick Mikels touchdown run, they had a 13 to 0 lead. But because Robert Abbey (head coach) had to switch people in, they lost the lead and the game, by a score of 38 to 13.
