Kirsty Jane Gallacher (born January 20 1976 in Edinburgh, Scotland, United Kingdom) is a Scottish television presenter. She began her television career as a presenter on Sky Sports News.

Biography

The daughter of the former Ryder Cup captain Bernard Gallacher, Kirsty Gallacher graduated from the London College of Fashion, and began work as a production assistant before moving on to the position of editorial assistant on Sky Sports.

She got her presenting break on Sky Sports News, and since then has been associated with many other sports shows such as "90 Minutes", "Soccer Extra", "Kirsty and Phil" (on BBC Radio 5 Live) and "Soccer AM".

Since 2000 Gallacher has hosted the Sky One show "Kirsty's Home Videos", a satellite equivalent of ITV's "You've Been Framed" in which viewers send in home videos to be screened. In 2002 she presented the morning show "", and in 2004 began the show "Simply the Best". She has made guest appearances on "They Think It's All Over" and "A Question of Sport", and she is a regular guest on "Ant & Dec's Saturday Night Takeaway".

Gallacher is currently presenting the new UK "Gladiators" on Sky One alongside Ian Wright. She will not return for series two [ [http://www.digitalspy.co.uk/tv/a127667/wolf-returns-for-more-gladiators.html Wolf returns for more 'Gladiators'] ] .

She has often posed for photographs dressed only in lingerie, including customised brassieres and panties. She has appeared regularly in "FHM"'s annual 'Sexiest Women' poll.

Reality TV

In 2005, Gallacher won the gold medal in the third series of the popular Channel 4 reality TV series, The Games. On December 26, 2005 she released a DVD "Body Sculpt With Kirsty Gallacher" in which she shows a variety of workouts. In 2006 she co-presented the fourth series of The Games alongside Jamie Theakston. She has also presented her own show on BBC Radio 5 Live. In July 2006, she co-presented the BBC reality TV show "Only Fools on Horses".

Personal life
