Hercules Taylour

Major Hercules Taylour (9 September 1759 – 20 May 1790) was an Irish soldier and politician.

Second son of the 1st Earl of Bective and Jane Rowley, he served in the 5th Dragoon Guards (Princess Charlotte of Wales's) reaching the rank of Major. From 1781 to 1783 and from 1785 to 1790, he was Member of Parliament (MP) for Kells. He died unmarried and childless.
